SUBJECT: Call for a Special Meeting, Proxy Vote Authorization

I, , owner of the property at , Hideout, UT, am a member of the Community Preservation Association (“CPA”).

I hereby call for a special meeting of the members of the CPA in order to terminate the reinvestment fee.

I hereby authorize Mr. Miki Mullor, to act on my behalf in any meeting and vote on my behalf in any meeting on the following matters:

Abolish the reinvestment fee:
Prohibit the CPA and its board from imposing a reinvestment fee on any sale of any property in the CPA according to section 5.16 of the CPA’s declaration.
Terminate the reinvestment fee as provided the recorder notice recorded in Ent 525720 Bk 1425 Pg 1483 - 1487.
Remove the reinvestment fee as provided in Utah Code 57-1-46 (12).
Reject imposition of any new reinvestment fees according to Utah Code 57-1-46 (10)(b).
Reject any new fees.
Prohibit the CPA from transferring any funds to any entity controlled by any officer or board member of the CPA, including but not limited to the Outlaw Golf Club LLC.

This authorization is valid until I revoke it in writing (including by email) to Mr. Mullor or the CPA.

I do not waive any rights or claims if a court finds the reinvestment fee to be illegal. My vote is not an admission or waiver as for the legal status of the reinvestment fee.
